Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dačić met today with Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan Madi Atamkulov to discuss cooperation between the two countries in the field of internal affairs.

Dačić noted that Kazakhstan is Serbia’s most important partner in the Central Asian region, which, like Serbia, strives to preserve values and principles based on building peace and international security.
He added that Serbia appreciates Kazakhstan’s consistent and principled position on respecting its sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The interlocutors agreed that it is necessary to work in the coming period on further enhancing cooperation in the field of internal affairs, as well as overall relations between the two countries.
