Tax Administration orders Mobtel to pay liabilities

The Serbian Tax Administration (RUJP) has completed the procedure in the case of the telecommunications company Mobtel, which is the guarantor for Astra Banka’s extra profit tax, and ordered repayment within 15 days.
The Serbian Ministry of Finance said in a statement that the order was handed over today, and added that an appeal will not delay the enforcement.
