By participating in the Lucerne meeting dedicated to relations between Albanians and their neighbours, the Serbian government delegation has an opportunity to present concrete solutions of its Plan for Kosovo-Metohija, said Serbian Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Zoran Loncar.

Minister Loncar is leading the Serbian government delegation at the meeting in Lucerne, Switzerland, together with legal advisor to the Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Simic. In a statement to the Serbian government's web site, Loncar said that apart from political representatives of Albania and the Albanian ethnic community in Kosovo-Metohija, the meeting is attended by statesmen from all Albania's neighbouring countries, as well as representatives of the European Union, the Council of Europe, the NATO and the US Department of State.
The Minister voiced hope that after the presentation of the government's Plan for Kosovo-Metohija, our delegation will have an opportunity to hear concrete objections to the plan. He added that no official or unofficial talks with Albanian representatives were planned as part of this informal dialogue.
The two-day meeting on interethnic relations between Albanians and their neighbours is being organised by the US non-governmental organisation Project on Ethnic Relations and the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
