The signing ceremony was also attended by Vice President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea in charge of national and state security, Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue,
Vulin and Mangue pointed out that the signing of the Letter of Intent created a good basis for establishing future police cooperation between the two countries,
especially in the areas of the fight against organized crime and terrorism.
