Minister of Finance Sinisa Mali announced that the payment of €30 in financial support to all adult citizens of the Republic of Serbia will begin tomorrow.
It is a measure that is being implemented within the third package of support to the economy and citizens in order to mitigate the consequences of the pandemic, and the money will first be paid to pensioners and recipients of financial social assistance.
On Monday, 1 November our oldest fellow citizens, as well as the recipients of financial social assistance, can expect a payment in the amount of €30 on their accounts. The money will be paid to other adult citizens who have fulfilled the conditions for this type of financial support from the state on 2-3 November. In total, it is about more than 5.7 million citizens, of whom 1.6 million are pensioners. Everyone will receive 3,527 dinars, said Mali.
He explained that these €30 is the second part of the aid from May this year, when €30 were also paid to the citizens, and recalled that the payment of financial aid in the amount of €20 is planned for the middle of December, also for all citizens of legal age.
Of course, as we promised, our oldest fellow citizens will receive another RSD 20,000 in financial aid at the beginning of next year, the Minister pointed out.
