The Minister of Finance Sinisa Mali pointed out today that the new Report on the Global Investment Climate for 2021 of the US State Department, in which Serbia is highly rated, is another proof of correct economic policy of our country.

Mali emphasised that the achieved results, especially when it comes to financial discipline and stability, provide additional encouragement and hope that Serbia will make even more progress.
According to him, the key to progress is numerous investments which, despite the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic, do not bypass Serbia.
According to the State Department, the security and stability we have achieved, along with the country's excellent strategic position, quality and educated workforce, incentives for investment and free trade arrangements, primarily with the European Union, represent a winning combination, in which, above all, the citizens of our country get it, the Minister assessed.
We expect to establish even better cooperation with the United States and further improve investments from that country. We have special expectations when it comes to the IT sector, but also agriculture, solid waste management, environmental protection and renewable energy sources, said Mali.
