"Serbia, its citizens and me personally were deeply shaken by the tragic events in Kazan, where a large number of children lost their lives in a monstrous attack on a school. There is no greater sin and crime than attacking children, and there are no words with which, as a person and a parent, I can express my pain to you.
In these difficult moments, Serbia and its citizens are with their hearts and minds with the people of the Russian Federation.
Apart from the deepest sympathy, we also send you messages of encouragement and a desire to persevere in the fight against the evil that has taken the lives of innocent children," Selakovic said in a telegram.
