Prime Minister Ana Brnabic attended today the opening of the multi-purpose laboratory lamella of the Electronic Faculty in Nis, in which more than €8 million has been invested.

The Prime Minister stated that the government of Serbia has invested €8.1 million in the multi-purpose laboratory lamella, within the Nis Science and Technology Park, of which €7.7 million in the construction of a facility on nearly 7,000 square metres.
In the last two years, €21.1 million has been invested in the educational and scientific-research infrastructure in Nis, and that refers to NTP and this lamella. I believe that it will return to Nis and Serbia many times over through the additional value that is already being created here, said the Prime Minister.
She emphasised that the opening of the laboratory lamella shows that the government of Serbia, in the year when the whole world is facing the corona virus pandemic, continued to carry out the started projects in cooperation with the EU and the European Investment Bank (EIB).
Brnabic pointed out that there is no better money invested than in knowledge, young, talented people, education, research and development, reminding that three new NT parks were opened in Serbia this year – in Cacak, Novi Sad and Nis.
