President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic said today that no one in Serbia is infected with Coronavirus and added that the health system in Serbia is fully prepared for this virus.

At a news conference after meeting with representatives of all institutions involved in the fight against Coronavirus, Vucic denied allegations on social networks that several people have already died of the virus in Serbia, noting there should be no panic.
The President said that concrete measures for prevention and emergency response of all competent authorities in the country were agreed today in case of Coronavirus occurrence, adding that the number of ambulance staff at border crossings will be increased accordingly.
At all crossings, especially to Croatia and Hungary, as well as at all airports, the capacities of medical teams will be increased. We have prepared all the facilities for potential patients, as well as everything we need to be able to cure them, Vucic said.
He also asked two companies in Serbia that manufacture protective equipment and masks to speed up production.
The President stressed that special attention must be paid to preserving the country's economic strength, adding that states that did not prepare their population accordingly had major consequences.
