Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Branko Ruzic underlined today in Paris, during the talks with Minister of State at the French Ministry of Public Action and Accounts Olivier Dussopt that the experience of that country will mean a lot to Serbia in improving the human resources management.

Aid of France to public administration reform in Serbia

Serbia's status as an observer country to the European Public Administration Network (EUPAN) will be discussed in Helsinki on 28-29 November and Minister Dussopt pledged France's support in this.
Ruzic expressed his gratitude to his interlocutor, pointing out that such a status until Serbia obtains membership enables a better quality public administration reform, especially considering that this reform is one of the three criteria for Serbia’s EU membership.
Director of the Office for Information Technology and eGovernment Mihailo Jovanovic said that digitalisation is part of a comprehensive reform of public administration and it improves various work processes - from health and education, to basic services for citizens, such as downloading personal documents.
The Serbian delegation, at the invitation of Minister Dussopt, is on a visit to Paris, where it will also visit the Management Innovation Week fair.
