The announcement comprises prospectuses of five companies designated for auction, which are part of the socially-owned Serbian power utility “Elektroprivreda Srbije” – “Betonjerka” from Aleksinac, “Elektroizgradnja” from Bajina Basta, “Djerdap usluge” from Kladovo, “Sava-Tent” from Obrenovac, and “Energosoft” from Novi Sad.
For the first time, prospectuses for two media companies were published, and these are “Pancevac” from Pancevo and “Vrsacka Kula” from Vrsac.
The statement points out that, as the initiatives for privatisation arrive along with the necessary information from companies to be auctioned, the Agency will continue to publish prospectuses for public-sector companies.
The Agency also announced in Politika a public sale of a part of the “Dunav osiguranje” company, namely the “Jugoslavija” hotel in Belgrade. The auction will take place on July 28 at 11 am at the Privatisation Agency’s premises, and the initial bidding price will be €38,134,800.
