Mutual support of Serbia, Cyprus in most important issues

Minister of European Integration Jadranka Joksimovic said today during the talks with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cyprus Nikos Christodoulos in Nicosia that this friendly country shows an extraordinary understanding for the European path of Serbia.

Joksimovic assessed that not only Serbia and Cyprus do not any have open issues, but they also support each other in the most important issues, such as territorial integrity and sovereignty.
We are friendly countries, bilateral relations are extraordinary and Cyprus supports the European path of Serbia and has always given its consent to all chapters for which we were ready, Joksimovic underlined, expressing the belief that we will undoubtedly have the support of Cyprus in the continuation of European integration process too.
Christodoulos said that his country supports the EU accession process of Serbia, with the assessment that our country is a pillar of stability for Europe.
