Friendly, strategic relations with Azerbaijan at their highest

Prime Minister Ana Brnabic underlined today during the talks with Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Serbia Eldar Hasanov that the bilateral relations of the two countries are on a constant rise and that with the signing of the Agreement on strategic partnership and Action plan, all areas of cooperation have been covered.
Brnabic said that through good bilateral cooperation and visits at the highest level, such as the recent visit of President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic to Baku, friendly and strategic relations between the two countries have reached their peak.
The two officials also recalled that about 30 interstate agreements have been signed to date, and that cooperation is being successfully realised in all areas of life - economy, politics, energy, culture, tourism and sports.
The Prime Minister pointed out that the companies from Azerbaijan proved to be reliable partners and that they were welcome to continue to participate in projects in Serbia.
Brnabic expressed her gratitude for the support that Azerbaijan gives to Serbia in preserving its sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as for its firm stance on the non-recognition of Kosovo's unilaterally proclaimed independence.
