Vulin unveiled a new memorial plaque dedicated to the Serbs who lost their lives in this concentration camp in Austria, and then he laid wreaths and paid tribute to the victims.
He underlined that the world must not be silent about the rebirth of fascism and its return under its real name, that it returns above the bones of the children of Jasenovac killed in the most horrific way.
Those who are silent about the return of fascism will eventually see it in their own country, the Minister stressed, pointing out at the same time that Serbia is proud of its history, it will not allow anyone to modify it and to speak about it in any other way than how it really was.
According to the Minister, Serbia was, just as it is now, on the side of freedom and the humankind.
If above Jasenovac bones, above the children of Jasenovac whose throats were cut, tables with Ustasha’s salute show up again, then in Mauthausen tables will show up again with “Seig Heil”, Vulin said and underlined that there is no difference between these two salutes.
If the world is silent and accepts that each year Ustashas appear at Ban Jelacic square, above Jadovno, Jasenovac, then it will allow and see people carrying swastikas under the Brandenburg Gate and shouting "Sieg Heil".
If it allows that in Bleiburg wreaths are laid to the killed Ustashas, to slaughterers from Jasenovac, then they will see how wreaths are laid to the graves of guards and commanders of the concentration camp, the Minister warned.
He said that it is not possible to stop evil only in one place and that the Serbian people is too small to feed and stop such huge evil on its own.
