Kuburovic said in a statement to Tanjug news agency that the supporting documents contain more than 100 pages, which were sent a few days ago, and include evidence of witnesses and the reports of the Ministry of the Interior, the military post and minutes of the commission from the crime scene.
She pointed out that Serbia has repeatedly pointed out that the prosecution of war crimes proceedings are conducted against Haradinaj for acts that took place during June 1999, and the Hague ruling relates to events that occurred in 1998.
According to Kuburovic, the French authorities were forwarded the verdict of the Hague tribunal so it could compare the evidence.
Kuburovic expressed hope that the French authorities will look for the additional documentation.
The Ministry of Justice will certainly answer all requests and deliver all that is necessary for the French court to decide in accordance with the Serbian request, she stressed.
Kuburovic added that everything that Serbia has so far delivered fully meets all the requirements prescribed by the European Convention on Extradition in order to decide on the request for extradition.
