Minister of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs Aleksandar Vulin met today with a delegation of the World Bank led by Head of the Serbia Office of that financial institution Tony Verheijen.

Vulin and Verheijen discussed the current cooperation between the Ministry and the World Bank, with special emphasis on the functional analysis of public administration system, which is implemented in cooperation with the World Bank and the ministries, as well as the further possibilities to improve the status of beneficiaries of social aid and to develop the social care system.
The Minister conveyed gratitude to the delegation of the World Bank for the support given to his Ministry, and expressed hope that the successful cooperation will continue in the future.
Verheijen praised the work of the Ministry when it comes to improving the work of the Central Registry of Compulsory Social Insurance.
