Bids for strategic partner of Galenika opened

The Ministry of Economy issued a statement saying that the Commission for implementation of the procedure for strategic partnership for the Galenika pharmaceutical company opened today the bids of interested companies.
The Commission concluded that the bids of companies Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited from India, EMS S.A. from Brazil together with consortium Frontier Pharma Limited from Great Britain, and LLC NPA Petrovax Pharm from Russia were submitted on time, fulfilling the required conditions.
Given that today only the envelopes with the information about the bidders have been opened, the analysis and evaluation of the documentation submitted will start within the shortest time possible.
At the next session of the Commission, scheduled for 2 August, a report on the documentation of all three bidders will be presented.
Financial bids of the interested companies will be opened once the Commission establishes that all the documentation has been submitted in line with the rules of the procedure for strategic partnership, reads the statement of the Ministry of Economy.
