Minister without portfolio responsible for European integration Jadranka Joksimovic said today that the opening of two new chapters will be a new dynamic phase of the reform process in Serbia, which refers to the most important areas of a society and the state.

Joksimovic said in a meeting with British Ambassador in Belgrade Denis Keefe that the past period showed that Serbia has partners in the world who respect the efforts that the government is investing - both in terms of regional stability and internal reform policy, which is important for the overall development and prosperity.
She reiterated that the opening of the chapters is very important for the citizens of Serbia because of that fact.
Serbia is turned to political cooperation as a basis for the overall progress of the region, Joksimovic said and added that the government showed consistency and maturity.
Keefe congratulated the government for the opening of chapters, estimating that it represents the evaluation of the results achieved in the negotiation process.
The Ambassador commended the special efforts made by Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic invested in regional stability.
The interlocutors exchanged views on the impact of Brexit and Great Britain’s role in the EU until the moment of exit.
