Joksimovic told Radio-Television Serbia (RTS) these chapters concern judicial reform, fight against corruption and organised crime, minority and human rights.
She pointed out that the process of European integration is such that there are always opportunities for some of the countries to try to put forward their bilateral interests in the negotiation process, as was the case with Croatia.
Serbia as a candidate country has shown responsibility and responded in a moderate and reasonable manner, because it is important for us to preserve the dynamics of European integration and to accelerate it, said Joksimovic.
The European integration is not only part of foreign policy, but also a mechanism for accelerating internal reform agenda, she said.
She added that the EU requirements are met and that there is no reason for Croatia to question this, noting that our country started implementing some 40 counts of Chapter 23.
Joksimovic said that Serbia, after the approval, was invited to forward the negotiating positions for chapters 23, 24 and 5, which was made by Head of the Negotiating Team for negotiations on the accession of Serbia to the EU Tanja Miscevic.
The procedure implies that the negotiating team through the Serbian Mission in Brussels sends all the documents that were submitted this morning by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the EU Council Secretariat.
