Speaking at the 5th Moscow Conference on International Security, in the presentation on the theme "Global Security and Military Cooperation," Djordjevic analyzed the causes and consequences of changing the architecture of global security and its impact on the increasing vulnerability of national states in relation to new transnational and multilateral security challenges.
He stressed that countries will remain the dominant actors in international relations, but the trend of growth of influence of non-state actors will be prominent.
The Russian Federation, the United States, the leading countries of the EU and China will keep the main political influence.
According to the Minister, global scene is characterized by multipolarity and interdependence of its most important players, noting that the regional and global security problems cannot be solved only from a position of force.
On the sidelines of the 5th Moscow conference, he held separate meetings with Minister of Defence of Belarus Andrei Ravkov and Minister of Defence of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan.
