European perspective for whole region of Western Balkans

Minister without portfolio responsible for European integration Jadranka Joksimovic stated today that it is the duty of all the Western Balkan countries to turn to the future and cooperation, noting that Serbia is committed to the development of the European perspective of all countries in the region.

After the opening of the conference "Cooperation in the Drina River – Cooperation in Europe", Joksimovic said that without stability in the region, there is no progress, and added that all should be united to this end.
The road towards the EU is sometimes full of obstacles, but also full of benefits for our citizens, and therefore European integration is a strategic goal of the government, Joksimovic said.
Joksimovic reminded that €1.5 billion is made available from IPA programme for Serbia in the period from 2014 to 2020, which is an average of about €200 million of grants per year.
