March average salary reaches 23,198 dinars

The Serbian Statistics Office said today that the average salary in March this year stood at 23,198 dinars, up 3.55 percent in nominal terms and 2.12 percent in real terms against the previous month.
The average gross salary paid in the industrial sector in March 2005 was 21,305 dinars. Compared with the average salary paid in February 2005, it rose 2.20 percent in nominal terms and 0.79 percent in real terms.
The average gross salary paid in the non-industrial sectors in March stood at 27,484 dinars, up 5.84 percent in nominal terms and 4.38 percent in real terms against February 2005.
The average net salary in March 2005 in Serbia was 15,863 dinars. Compared with the average net salary in February 2005, it rose 3.71 percent in nominal terms and 2.28 percent in real terms.
The average net salary in the industrial sector in March 2005 was 14,578 dinars, up 2.34 percent in nominal terms and 0.93 percent in real terms against the previous month.
The average net salary paid in non-industrial sectors in March stood at 18,771. Compared with the February average, it rose 6.03 percent in nominal terms and 4.57 percent in real terms.
The average gross salary paid in the non-industrial sectors in March stood at 27,484 dinars, up 5.84 percent in nominal terms and 4.38 percent in real terms against February 2005.
The average net salary in March 2005 in Serbia was 15,863 dinars. Compared with the average net salary in February 2005, it rose 3.71 percent in nominal terms and 2.28 percent in real terms.
The average net salary in the industrial sector in March 2005 was 14,578 dinars, up 2.34 percent in nominal terms and 0.93 percent in real terms against the previous month.
The average net salary paid in non-industrial sectors in March stood at 18,771. Compared with the February average, it rose 6.03 percent in nominal terms and 4.57 percent in real terms.
