The Privatisation Agency has said that the tender commission for road works company PZP from Kragujevac publicly opened three offers that arrived for the purchase of 70 percent of the company’s socially-owned capital.
The offers were submitted by Preduzece za Puteve Nis from Nis, the consortium of Slovenian Slovenia Ceste Tehnika and Caricin Grad from Belgrade, and the consortium of Belgrade’s Mercata and Zitkovac-based MAB Miljkovic.
The tender commission did not however accept the tender documentation submitted by the Mercata and MAB Miljkovic consortium.
The Privatisation Agency’s financial and legal consultants will assess the valid offers within 30 days of their opening. Their assessment will be presented at the tender commission’s next session.
