Panel discussion on Kosovo-Metohija held in Chicago

A panel discussion called ‘Surviving in Kosovo’ was held last night at the Serbian Cultural Centre Sveti Sava in Chicago. The event was organised by the Consulate General of Serbia-Montenegro.
Ninoslav Randjelovic
As part of the panel discussion, documentary films "Autumn in No Man's Land" and "Snowman in the Dark", both by Ninoslav Randjelovic, were screened. They speak about life of the Serb population in Kosovo-Metohija following the March 17 violence.
Consul General of Serbia-Montenegro to Chicago Desko Nikitovic told the Tanjug news agency that the event was well attended and that the films made a great impact on the audience.
Author of the films Ninoslav Randjelovic expressed satisfaction with the fact that apart from US Serbs, the voice of official representatives of Serbia-Montenegro could be heard.
Noting the interest the Serbian Diaspora, those of Serbian descent as well as others have in the plan Serbia-Montenegro has for Kosovo, Randjelovic voiced hope that the Serbian government and its representatives continue to host similar discussions abroad.
