Today’s action by the so-called Kosovo police was carried out without a final court decision, because the court case initiated by the Jakšić family is still ongoing, and the hearing is scheduled for 12 August, which is why this action constitutes a violation of law and justice for Serbs in the territory of Kosovo and Metohija.
This morning’s brutal raid on the Jakšić family’s property and motel, with long guns, while the household was still sleeping, is nothing more than another brutal demonstration of force by Kurti’s police and his regime, the statement said.
