Parliament adopts set of financial laws

Serbian Parliament adopted at its session today a set of financial laws, including the Law on amendments to the Law on budget system, the Law on amendments to the Law on pension and disability insurance and the Law on accounting.

Parliament also adopted the Law on factoring and the Auditing Law, as well as the Law on taking over obligations of public company “Putevi Srbije” to companies on the basis of unsettled liabilities and turning these obligations into public debt of the Republic of Serbia.
