During a visit to the company Goma Line, Dinkic said that the aim of the government is to make this facility available to Serbian SMEs in order to encourage employment, production and exports.
He explained that the loans from the EIB credit line are not available on the classic banking market, noting that the terms include a maturity of 12 years and a grace period of two years.
According to Dinkic, Goma Line is a classic medium-size company that is growing fast and that in 2012 recorded an export growth of 50%.
He noted that Goma Line got recognition from the Serbian Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA) for the best exporter in the category of small and medium enterprises.
The company supplies auto parts for Fiat, but also for Renault, General Motors and UAZ, Dinkic said, adding that, given the excellent export performance the state will help the company to hire 50 new workers, build a new machine tool shop and modernise its facilities.
Goma Line will get aid through grants, through SIEPA, but also through the EIB credit line, he said.
The Minister stressed that all domestic enterprises can count on grant support of up to €10,000 per new employee, provided that they are promising, that they operate well, and that they are able to hire new workers.
The Minister said that Serbian exports in the coming year will grow by at least 25%, mainly on account of exports of Fiat, which is expected to reach €1.5 billion, while the exports of NIS will be between €600 and €800 million.
Only these two companies will provide export greater than €2 billion, and in the case of good agricultural season and the start of Smederevo ironworks’ work, the export will be even higher.
Dinkic today gave a lecture at the Faculty of Economics in Kragujevac "Economic Policy of the government of Serbia and the programme of fiscal consolidation."
