Compared to October 2009, consumer prices went up by 8.9%, while in relation to December 2009 they rose by 8.3%.
The greatest increase in prices in relation to September this year was recorded in the group of clothes and footwear (2.1%), food and non-alcoholic beverages (1.4%), furniture and maintenance (1.3%), education (1.1%), housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels (0.9%), restaurants and hotels (0.8%) and transport (0.5%).
0.3% growth was recorded in the groups of alcoholic beverages, tobacco and health services.
The prices of other goods did not change significantly.
