Economic cooperation between Serbia, Azerbaijan to be promoted

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Regional Development Mladjan Dinkic said today after meeting with Azerbaijani Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev that it is time to promote economic cooperation between the two countries.
Dinkic highlighted that Azerbaijan is interested in the purchase of tank wagons and passenger wagons in Serbia, primarily from the Gosa factory from Smederevska Palanka and the factory in Kraljevo.
Petrohemija from Pancevo is interested in purchasing gas from Azerbaijan, Dinkic confirmed, adding that a delegation from Azerbaijan will visit the drugs producer Galenika.
Dinkic affirmed that after the visit of Serbian President Boris Tadic to Baku, Serbia and Azerbaijan now have excellent political relations.
