Dinkic invited Italian companies to continue investing in Serbia, stressing that Serbia’s goal is to bring foreign investment into the country along with modern technology and know-how, in return offering the best investment conditions in the region.
These conditions include the best incentives, lowest tax rates, valuable human resources and customs free export from Serbia to countries with which Serbia has signed free trade agreements, of which Russia is particularly important, said Dinkic.
Dinkic said that an agreement on cooperation between the Serbian National Agency for Regional Development and the development agency of the region of Le Marche was signed today with the region’s vice president Paolo Petrini.
He explained that this document will facilitate communication between companies of the two countries and will open the door to Italian businessmen in Serbia and vice versa.
Participants in the meeting pointed out that Italy has proved to be the main advocate of Serbia’s accelerated accession to the EU and that it is trying to keep a high level of bilateral cooperation through concrete action and support.
