Sole bid for Telekom Srbija sale consulting services presented

A consortium headed by Citigroup Global Markets Limited from London presented its bid to the Public Purchase Commission today, offering management consulting services for the preparation and implementation of the sales procedure for part of the shares of the Republic of Serbia in Telekom Srbija.
According to a statement issued by the Finance Ministry, the consortium was the sole bidder at the public tender for purchasing consulting services.
President of the Public Purchase Commission and State Secretary at the Finance Ministry Slobodan Ilic said that the Commission held a session to examine the bid.
Further time is required for a legal analysis of the offer, therefore the Commission will make its final decision regarding the matter on 18 May, said Ilic.
