Serbia's average monthly salary reaches 18,414 dinars in February

Serbia's average monthly gross salary in February rose 5.23 percent in nominal terms and 4.5 percent in real terms from a month earlier, reaching 18,414 dinars, the Serbian Statistics Bureau said in a statement.
The average monthly net salary increased by 5.26 percent and 4.53 percent in nominal and real terms, respectively, to 12,713 dinars.
Industrial sectors paid average monthly gross salaries of 16,905 dinars, down 0.07 percent and 0.76 percent against January in nominal and real terms, respectively. The average net salary inched down 0.1 percent in nominal and 0.79 percent in real terms, to 11,668 dinars.
Non-industrial sectors reported average gross wages of 22,138 dinars, up 16.9 percent and 16.1 percent in nominal and real terms, respectively. The average net salary rose 17 percent in nominal and 16.2 percent in real terms, to 15,292 dinars.
