A total of 127 MPs voted in favour of the proposed budget.
MPs also adopted five accompanying budgetary laws - the Law on amendments to the Law on pension and disability insurance, the Law on amendments to the Law on financial support to families with children, the Law on amendments to the Law on takeover of joint-stock companies, the Law on amendments to the Law on public debt, and the Law on amendments to the Law on insurance.
The parliament also adopted six laws on confirming international financial agreements and contracts that refer to the state's loans. The laws adopted are:
The Law on confirming the financial agreement between Serbia and the European Investment Bank on the highway Corridor 10 (E75), through which Serbia will receive €384 million.
The Law on confirming the Loan agreement between Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (Second programme loan for development of the private and financial sector), by which Serbia will receive €70.8 million.
The Law on confirming the Loan agreement between Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Developement , by which Serbia will receive a €70.1 million loan for development of public institutions.
The Law on confirming the Loan agreement for realisation of the K10 project between Serbia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which will give a €150 million loan to Serbia.
The Law on confirming the financial agreement between Serbia and the European Investment Bank "the Loan for municipal and regional infrastructure B", by which Serbia will get a €25 million loan.
The Law on Serbia's loan from Eurobank EFG a.d Beograd, in the amount of $25 million, which will be used for financing the Project for management of nuclear facilities in Serbia.
Parliament members started a new session, which has 24 items on the agenda, including the Law on amendments to the Law on the 2009 budget and the selection of judges and prosecutors.
