According to a statement issued by the Ministry, banks which are approving loans with subsidized interest rates have reported that €273 million was demanded through applications for liquidity loans, €11 million in investment loans and more than €6 million in consumer loans.
Loans worth a total of €54 million have been approved, of which liquidity loans amount to €48 million and consumer loans €6 million.
A total of 484 liquidity loans were given to enterprises to the amount of nearly €48 million, of which small enterprises were approved 427 loans (nearly €12.5 million), 26% of the liquidity loans.
Medium-sized enterprises were approved 38 loans (nearly €14 million) or 29% and large enterprises were approved 19 loans (nearly €21.5 million) or 45% of the total liquidity loans approved.
The largest sum was approved by Banca Intesa, nearly €40 million, followed by Komercijalna Banka, Pro Credit, Societe General, Srpska Banka, Hypo Alpe Adria Bank, Privredna Banka Belgrade, Erste Bank and Cacanska Banka.
A total of 710 loans to the amount of €5 million were approved for purchasing cars and 621 loans worth €3 million were approved for buying other consumer goods produced in Serbia.
