Sales agreement for Aleksa Santic breached

The Serbian Privatisation Agency today stated that the sales agreement for Aleksa Santic from Sombor has been breached.
According to the statement, the bidder did not fulfil the required criteria.
The Privatisation Agency will transfer the capital to the Action Fund.
Aleksa Santic was sold at an auction, held on September 20, 2007, for RSD 420 million, concludes the statement.
