The Serbian Statistics Office today stated that the average gross salary in Serbia in November 2008 amounted to RSD 46,944, down by 1.96% in nominal terms and in real terms when compared to October 2008.
The average net salary in November 2008 stood at RSD 33,613, down by 2.03% in nominal terms and in real terms when compared to the average net salary in October 2008.
Compared with November 2007, the November 2008 average gross salary rose by 14.47% in nominal and 3.69% in real terms.

The average gross salary in January-November 2008, compared to the average gross salary in January-November 2007 was up by 18.53% in nominal and 4.62% in real terms.
