245th public auction sells four companies

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that at its 245th public auction it sold the capital of four companies, for a total of RSD 189.3 million.
The following companies were sold:
1. Zobnatica, Backa Palanka 2. Slobodna Zona, Prahovo 3. Jasenica, Natalinci 4. Autotrasport, Sokobanja
The auctions for the following companies have been postponed:
1. VS Cuprija, Cuprija until December 19 2. Putnik, Novi Sad until January 30, 2009 3. EI Racunari, Nis until February 20, 2009 4. EI Istrazivacko Razvojni Institut, Nis until February 20, 2009 5. EI Sistemi, Nis until February 20, 2009.
The auctions for the companies Lipa from Novi Pazar, Mataruska Banja and Bogutovacka Banja from Mataruska Banja and Lepterija from Sokobanja have been cancelled.
All other auctions scheduled for today were unsuccessful.
