According to the statement issued by the Privatisation Agency, four bids had arrived by the deadline, December 9 at 12 pm.
1. Joint offer by France’s Rothschild & Cie, Citadel Financial Advisory and Dražić, Beatović i partneri from Belgrade and CoMeth s.r.o from Slovakia with its subcontractor Belgrade’s Centar za intelektualnu svojinu i marketing.
2. Joint offer by France’s BNP Paribas, BDO BC Excel and BDO BC Excel TAS from Belgrade, lawyer’s office Karanovic i Nikolic with its subcontractor Belgrade’s Radomir Putnik and Dorin Toderas from Romania.
3. Societe Generale SA from France and lawyers Bojovic, Dasic and Kojovic from Belgrade.
4. UniCredit CAIB AG from Austria with its subcontractors, lawyers Bojovic, Dasic and Kojovic, Baker Tilly Western Balkans and TMLH Konsalting from Belgrade and GroupH Ltd from the UK.
The Privatisation Agency will examine the bids within 30 days and will present the results at the next session of the tender commission.
