Tender sale of IMT tractor manufacturer fails

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that it decided to declare unsuccessful the sale of 100% of the socially-owned capital of the machine and tractor manufacturer IMT.
The statement adds that the third-ranked bidder, consortium Agri Investments comprising MPC Properties, Belgrade and Adriano Corsi, Italy, decided to pull out of negotiations over the sale.
