Talks begin with sole bidder for Industrija Motora Rakovica

The Serbian Privatisation Agency has stated that the tender commission in charge of the public tender for Industrija Motora Rakovica is to begin talks with the sole bidder.
The statement specifies that the tender commission yesterday approved the Agency’s assessment of the sole bidder, the consortium Clear vision investments & Lilly Drogerie, and decided to open talks with them.
The negotiating committee will be formed within seven days and the deadline for negotiations on the sale is 60 days after the formation of the committee.
