Majevica Holding tender unsuccessful

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated today that the tender commission for the sale of 51.05% of the total capital of the company Majevica Holding from Backa Palanka has declared the tender unsuccessful.
According to the statement issued by the Privatisation Agency, the sole bid at the tender, submitted by Promtractor JSC from Russia, did not include required documentation. The bidder failed to provide the documentation within the subsequently determined deadline, informing the Privatisation Agency that they are not in the position to do so, therefore the tender commission declared the tender unsuccessful.
