One bid for FKL

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated today that only one offer was made for the sale of 70% of the socially owned capital of the adjustable bed and drive-shaft manufacturer FKL, from Temerin.
According to the statement issued by the Privatisation Agency, the deadline for submitting bids was October 31, 2008 and only one bid was received by that time. Preparations are underway for holding the first session of the relevant tender commission at which the bid will be publicly opened.
