Best offer for Telekom privatisation advisor chosen

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the public procurement commission selected the best offer in the process of choosing privatisation advisor for Telekom Srbija.
Financial bids submitted by Morgan Stanley and a consortium of J.P. Morgan Security and Erste Bank der Oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG were opened on September 12 in the Serbian government building.
Based on the criteria from the documentation and analysis, the commission decided to proclaim Morgan Stanley the best bidder for privatisation advisor for Telekom Srbija.
