Negotiations with only bidder for DIB from Bujanovac start

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission in charge of the tender for the sale of shares which make up 57.74% of the total registered capital of DIB from Bujanovac decided to start negotiations with the only bidder at the tender.
Negotiations will start with Dutch company Philip Morris Participations BV Bergen op Zoom.
The Ministry of Economy and Regional Development will appoint a commission for direct negotiations with the Dutch company.
