Philip Morris only bidder for DIB from Bujanovac

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission in charge of the tender for the sale of shares which make up 57.74% of the total registered capital of DIB from Bujanovac held a meeting today, continuing on from the first meeting held on August 26.
The commission confirmed that the only bidder is Dutch company Philip Morris Participations BV Bergen op Zoom.
Financial and legal advisors of the Privatisation Agency will evaluate the bid and make their decisions known 30 days at the latest from the day when the bid was opened.
