Contract on sale of 39.22% of Ikarbus signed

Representatives of the Share Fund and the Serbian Privatisation Agency signed today a contract on the sale of 39.22% of the total registered capital of Ikarbus from Belgrade with authorised representatives of Avtodetal Service from Russia.
The basic elements of the sale contract are the purchase price of €7,181,952 and an investment programme of €1,357,400. The buyer has also unconditionally accepted the minimum obligations from the welfare programme as well as certain additional elements.
At the public tender, announced on December 6, only one bid was submitted.
At the second session of the tender commission from July 16 it was decided to conclude negotiations on the sale of 149,624 shares with the sole bidder Avtodetal Service.
