Invitation to tender for purchase of property of Internacional CG on Kopaonik published

The Serbian Privatisation Agency published today in daily Politika an invitation to tender for the sale of property on mount Kopaonik of the company Internacional CG, while on August 4 this invitation will be published in the Financial Times.
Hotels “Grand” and “Suncani Vrhovi” (“Konaci” apartments), housing units on Kopaonik and restaurant “Zvrk” are offered for sale.
The deadline for submitting bids is September 22, and a tender guarantee worth €6 million is a precondition for participation in the tender. The minimum sale price is €23 million.
The invitation to tender defines the buyer’s obligations related to investments and the social welfare programme.
The minimum obligation from the social welfare programme which every bidder has to accept in its entirety is taking on 253 workers in the company together with the entire property which is for sale.
