The main priorities of the new government are completion of the motorway on Corridor 10, launch of works on the Belgrade-Adriatic South motorway and modernisation of the railway, it was concluded at the meeting.
All relevant ministers should make a list of important projects, after which a four year plan for infrastructure would be established.
The council discussed the request of the Alpina-Porr consortium asking for additional guarantees from the state and concluded that the consortium's requests would significantly change the original agreement, which essentially transfers the expense to the state.
The council will also try to launch and coordinate a programme for construction of European roads in Serbia worth around €5 million, as well as programme of promotion of railway, air and river traffic.
The council will discuss and propose a strategy for investments in energy and telecommunications in the upcoming sessions.
