Representatives of the Serbian Privatisation Agency and authorised representatives of the sole bidder Irva Investicije from Belgrade signed today the contract on the sale of 100% of the socially-owned capital, that is, 95.4% of the total registered capital of the construction company Gradjevinar from Nis.
The Agency says in a statement that the basic elements of the offer are a purchase price of €150,000 and an investment programme worth €4 million, and adds that the buyer has unconditionally agreed to the minimum obligations of the social programme, as well as certain additional elements.
At the public tender for the sale of Gradjevinar, announced on December 3, 2007, the sole bidder was the company Irva Investicije from Belgrade, recalls the statement.
At the second session, held on April 3 this year, the tender commission decided to begin talks with the sole bidder.
