Talks with sole bidder for Ikarbus to begin

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated today that the tender commission monitoring the implementation of the public tender for the sale of the Belgrade-based joint stock company Ikarbus decided to begin talks with the sole bidder Avtodetal-Service from Ulyanovsk, Russia.
The statement adds that the decision was made on April 18, at the second session of the tender commission in charge of the sale of 39.22% of the company’s total state-owned capital.
Since only one bidder took part in the tender, the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development will in the coming period set up a committee for direct talks with the sole bidder.
